Typical Fees for Separation Agreements

Divorces

Uncontested divorces normally cost $700 plus disbursements of an additional $500 which includes court filing fees.

Retainers

Retainers are deposits toward future legal fees. Our standard retainer payments are:

1. Simple Uncontested Separation Agreements - $500

2. Contested Separation Agreements - $1,000.00

3. Contested Court Proceedings - $3,000.00
